Alternative Therapies
Theses therapies are grounded in holistic and functional medicine and are noninvasive. They compliment other treatments such as Physical Therapy or Chiropractic and they are also beneficial independently. They are often referred to as Modalities.
Therapies
Pulse Electric Magnetic Field Therapy (PEMF)
Restores electrical balance of cells and recharges the body through magnetic energy. It targets areas of inflammation where cellular restoration is most needed and promotes healing .

Electric Stimulation
Transcutaneous Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation (TENS):
Electrodes are placed on the skin near the source of pain allowing electric signals to target nerve fibers to block pain signals to the brain.

Ultrasound Therapy
Sound waves penetrate soft tissues increasing circulation to the tissues thereby promoting healing. Our device also uses thermal therapy to relieve pain and stop muscle spasms.

Inversion Table
A safe method for decompressing the spine, reducing pressure on nerves, elongating and correcting posture, & reducing back and joint pain.

Infrared Sauna
Infrared wavelengths penetrate the body and creates heat through thermal energy, raising your core temperature without the need for steam. Detoxification, increased blood flow, pain relief, and improved sleep are just some of the benefits.
Cold/Heat Therapy
Ice and hot packs applied to areas of soreness, inflammation, tightness, and muscle spasm can relieve pain and reduce swelling. Heat applications increase blood flow to an area and promote muscle relaxation.

Vibration Therapy
A standing platform delivers micro mechanical vibrations causing muscles to contract, simulating the mechanics and benefits of exercise. This therapy is shown to increase muscle strength, blood flow, and the release of endorphins.
