About Us
We are your local wellness center specializing in Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, non-invasive alternative therapies, & holistic general wellness. We treat patients experiencing an array of conditions and symptoms ranging from pain complaints to complex injuries (& everything in between). We also provide holistic wellness services such as nutrition consultations, supplements, and wellness management.
Our Story
We may be a newly reinvented practice but we have been around for decades serving diverse communities. Total Wellness Medical Centre is the newest evolution of our practice, moving us closer to our vision of an integrated group of health professionals seeking to meet the needs of our patients through comprehensive care. Dr. Stephen Jankovic founded Total Wellness Medical Centre inspired by his philosophies on what healthcare should be: Patient focused.
We take a collaborative approach with our patients in which treatment plans are individualized and driven by patient progress. Our relationship with patients is rooted in compassion, creating a welcoming space for all that facilitates healing. We believe that quality patient care means treating the whole person, not just symptoms. We take the time to deeply understand our patients' history, condition(s), and goals. We invite them to ask questions and contact us anytime during and after the course of their treatment.

Meet The Team
Dr. Stephen Jankovic
Founder/Owner
Chiropractor
Dr. Stephen Jankovic D.C. has been in practice for 36 years. He attended New York Chiropractic College and completed post graduate studies at Parker Chiropractic Resource Foundation for Postgraduate Education. He is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed in NY, CA, FL, NJ, NH, and DE. He has worked across many different locations starting in upstate New York, then to Florida, New Jersey and most recently Delaware for 11 years before moving to our current location in March 2021. Many of our patients have stayed with Dr. Jankovic across locations.

Dr. Jankovic is also an active member of the community, working closely with groups and organizations to effect positive change. One such organization is Unstoppable Joy Co., founded by a breast cancer survivor to support individuals diagnosed with cancer and their families https://www.unstoppablejoyco.org/. Additionally, Dr. Jankovic is a member of the Lions Club, part of an International Foundation that provides local and global community services https://www.lionsclubs.org/en/discover-our-clubs/about-us.
